Welcome to Hausaflix, operated by Hausaflix Enterprises (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using the Hausaflix app, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the ServiceHausaflix is a paid subscription app that lets you stream films and video content, including Hausa-language content, on your mobile device.

2. Your AccountYou must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Subscriptions and PaymentsAccess to content requires a paid subscription. Prices and plans are shown in the app before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Flutterwave, and we do not store your card details. Subscriptions give access for the period you paid for. Unless stated otherwise in the app, they do not renew automatically.

4. RefundsPayments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If you were charged in error or could not access the service because of a fault on our side, contact us within [7] days at [email] and we will review your request.

5. Acceptable UseYou agree not to: share your account with others, copy, record, download or redistribute our content, use the app for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to hack, disrupt or reverse-engineer the app.

6. Content and Intellectual PropertyAll films, videos, logos and app materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to watch content for private use only.

7. Suspension and TerminationWe may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. You may delete your account at any time at [link to your Delete Account page].

8. AvailabilityWe try to keep the service running smoothly but do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Content may be added or removed from time to time.

9. Limitation of LiabilityTo the extent allowed by law, Hausaflix Enterprises is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the app.

10. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
